Management Assistant (m/f) (Part Time)

As Management Assistant you will support the Management team with operational tasks, manage office administrative activities including telephone and e-mail communication, assist in Recruiting and other HR matters and work closely together with Marketing & Sales.

The Required Skills

  • University degree (e.g. business administration) or commercial high school
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office
  • Confidence in the English language
  • Well-organized, structural approach to office management
  • Excellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Pro-active approach to work

The Legal Mumbo-Jumbo
Austrian law requires that we state the basic salary for this position as a basis for
negotiation: 2393 EUR (full time). But as we are never comfortable with a minimum, DR YIELD offers
attractive payment packages that take qualifications and professional experience into account.
