How do I choose between the Professional, Industrial and Ultimate editions?
All three editions run the same YieldWatchDog platform and differ in scale: the maximum number of CPU cores used, the number of concurrent clients, the included support hours, the data import mechanism and the number of servers. The Professional edition is designed for smaller companies with a limited number of users and lower customization requirements. The Industrial edition suits companies with many users and high customization requirements, and the Ultimate edition is built for larger companies with multiple sites and long-term data storage requirements. What do the included support hours cover?
YieldWatchDog is more than just software — it’s a solution backed by responsive, comprehensive customer support. Each edition of the software includes a set number of annual support hours: 60 hours with the Professional edition, 120 with the Industrial edition, and 300 with the Ultimate edition. Support hours can be used, for example, for custom feature development or additional data integration, not only for troubleshooting. On top of software maintenance, further support hours are available as packages for custom development. Every edition also includes user training, full admin access to the permission management system and concurrent access for multiple clients.

Licensing is time-based: you pay monthly, quarterly or yearly, so there is no large upfront investment.
